Abdoulaye Cisse believes skilled & educated black people too often take their skills and experience far away from the same communities that once raised them and needs them back. The passion to build up his community one project at a time is what compelled him to start two community based organizations. The first organization is BEL, an English learning program for immigrants. The second organization founded by Abdoulaye is Bridging Africans & Black Americans Inc (BABA Inc). BABA Inc is a non-profit organization creating free programs to bring our black communities closer together. Finally, Abdoulaye works as a Community Engagement Specialist with NYCHHC.
