Justin Staples I is a Retired NFL Linebacker and the current NFLPA Chicago Chapter President. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Justin has dedicated himself to improving communities throughout the state through aiding in access to resources for Youth Sports Organizations in an effort to promote community cohesion. In conjunction with these efforts, Justin also operates a Financial Planning Firm with the aim to bring financial literacy to every home in Chicago/Chicagoland communities and beyond.

Justin and his wife Amber welcomed their first child, Justin II, in late 2021. The family owns and operates Stapled Events, an all-encompassing events business specializing in corporate events and large gathering special occasions (weddings). Justin I is also an active member of The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
